Long time fan
I am so glad Leo finally has a podcast!
Leo and Zen Habits
I discovered Leo Babuta and Zen Habits well over a decade ago. I have read some of his books and enjoy his blog. When he starts a new procrastination, which is almost like a one on one coaching session with him each week, I had to check it out.
As with all of his work, it is succinct, purposive, practical, and easy to digest. I cannot thank him and his team enough for this new podcast and the challenge he has presented to all of his listeners/doers in Season One.
It is a podcast that you are invited to not just listen to, but to get involved and put “some skin in the game.”
Stoked
I am stoked Leo started a podcast! Way helpful, insightful and inspiring. I appreciate the vibe.
