Iran Attacks Israel And What That Means For US Troops

Iran Attacks Israel And What That Means For US Troops

Displaced Palestinians trying to return to their homes in northern Gaza recounted being shot at by the Israeli army in a video verified by Al Jazeera on Sunday.

At least 33,729 Palestinians have been killed and 76,371 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7.
The death toll in Israel from Hamas’s October 7 attacks stands at 1,139, with dozens of people still held captive.

Palestinian doctors said they have discovered another mass grave in the vicinity of Gaza City’s al-Shifa Hospital, recently besieged by Israeli soldiers. At least 10 bodies have been recovered so far.

Israel’s army chief has said Iran’s weekend attack “will be met with a response” shortly after Israel’s war cabinet convened to discuss how to respond.

At least two more Palestinians have been killed in the village of Aqraba, southeast of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, in the latest of a series of attacks carried out by Israeli settlers.

Fighters with the Lebanese Hezbollah group detonated an explosive device after Israeli soldiers “crossed the border”, wounding four troops.

The Israeli army has renewed warnings for Palestinians not to return to Gaza’s north a day after its forces opened fire on desperate civilians trying to return home.

President Triggers Emergency Alarm And The Secret Service Come Scrambling In

President Triggers Emergency Alarm And The Secret Service Come Scrambling In

The squad continues to talk about things that they had no idea about. This time, it's ole President Calvin Coolidge.

Silent Cal was most known for his brevity. One particularly infamous incident recounts a White House dinner guest smugly informing Coolidge she’d made a bet that she could get more than two words out of him. His single retort? “You lose.” Even his parting gift to the word was verbally frugal: a last will and testament comprised of only 23 words.
What Coolidge lacked in words, however, he made up for in many other ways. Here are some things you may not have known about our 30th president:

Legend Troop Plays The Bagpipes Right In The Enemy's Face

Legend Troop Plays The Bagpipes Right In The Enemy's Face

Bill Millin was the "Mad Piper" who played allied commandos ashore under heavy German fire at Sword Beach in Normandy on D-Day, on the extreme eastern flank of Operation Overlord.

He was the only piper to lead allied troops into battle that day following a War Office ban which said pipers would attract sniper fire. But his commander, Brigadier Lord Lovat – Simon Fraser, hereditary chief of the Clan Fraser – was a law unto himself. "Ah, but that's the English War Office, Millin," Lovat told him. "You and I are both Scottish so that doesn't apply."

Haiti's Crisis Is Reaching A Violent Tipping Point

Haiti's Crisis Is Reaching A Violent Tipping Point

Criminal gangs more powerful than Haiti's state security forces have attacked prisons and the airport serving the country's capital, forcing businesses and schools to close and driving an estimated 15,000 people from their homes in Port-au-Prince. On March 12, Prime Minister Ariel Henry announced that he would resign once a transitional presidential council was created, capitulating to international pressure as his country faced what some experts had already labeled a low-scale civil war.

Ad placement needs work.

Great show, I listen as often as possible. If you could just place advertisements between sentences or paragraphs instead of just cutting out to an advertisement in the middle of a word.
