This podcast is so eye opening and thought provoking. I loved listening to Andy’s episodes about man and woman. And I plan to listen to them again! I came across this at a time in my life when I was praying for understanding. So thankful I found this because it answers so many questions. Thanks for sharing your years of studying and pondering!

I am so grateful the spirit lead me to this podcast. Felice and Andy speak of truth on so many levels and always tie it back to scriptures-and I am thankful for their insight. Grateful they followed their calling and have provided a second witness to me ob so many things the spirit has been teaching me. Thank you.

First off thank you so much! I have ABSOLUTELY loved your podcasts so far. My Mormon friend (I am Mormon too) who has gotten into Kundalini Yoga lately introduced me to your tree of life website, which lead to me to this podcast. It has opened me up to a whole new world! I see the gospel in a whole new light now, and I have learned so much already, and can't wait to learn more! Thanks Andy! I appreciate the many insights you share connecting Kundalini Yoga to the Gospel, and just Gospel insights in general. And thanks Felice! You are super fun, and your confidence in Kundalini Yoga, and your ability to explain what it is, how it works, and why it works has been very inspiring to me. And I have appreciated how you connect it to the gospel. I have started out with the basics so far, like breathing more, and already I have noticed more light, strength and peace in my soul. And I REALLY appreciated your podcast about fasting! As Boyd K. Packer said, "true doctrine understood, changes attitudes and behavior." I was very inspired by your explanation of the benefits of fasting in the podcast. I have historically had issues with overeating, and after listening to the podcast I was able to control my eating desires better and for longer than in any other time in my life. I have not kept it up perfectly since, but I still have hope and want to keep fighting the good fight! I am looking forward to learning and applying more from your podcast. And I hope it will fill my soul with more inspiration, love, joy, healing and strength and help me transmit those 5 essential blessings to my wife, daughter and everyone else. Thanks again!
