16. Become A Leader Of Your Life - Intentional Transition w/Noel Bulger On The Ball with Eniko Toth

    • Self-Improvement

“It is one thing to know what your values and strengths are, what the direction is that you want to take but that is all in the academic, "what is possible" space. There needs to be a validation phase and you impose reality on your plan to ask: Does this actually match with what I think it would be like?" -  Noel Bulger, US Marine Veteran, and executive coach, joins Eniko Toth on the podcast.

-- Noel Bulger is an adventurous, future-focused person who believes understanding and developing a relationship with ourselves and pursuing what is most authentically us leads to a fulfilling life. He is a person on a mission, on a quest to empower people to Love More Freely. As a self-described ‘underdog’ and ‘champion for the voiceless’, he overcame many personal obstacles and trauma that include systemic child abuse, childhood depression, and the loss of his son to become an advocate for empowering transformation, living with purpose, and more fully.

-- Noel Bulger is now an executive coach and entrepreneur who previously spent 9 years in the US Marine Corps serving as a Strategic Operations & Logistics Officer, Foreign Military Liaison in the Southeast Asia & Oceania area, as well as an Academics Instructor & Public Speaker.

-- After resigning and finding his calling in coaching he attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business and founded a couple small companies called The Galanta Company, The Social Container, and others so that empowering people can become his full-time commitment.

-- In his spare time, Noel is also writing his first book; bringing mindfulness, human-centered design, and adult learning theory together to help people make intentional transitions in career and life. -- If you would like to get in touch with Noel and schedule a meeting with him, then check out his Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/noelbulger/ or website: https://nbulger.esourcecoach.com/.
