Deb then turns her attention to political authenticity. Politicians are claiming authenticity by using their ‘back story’ to position themselves. Secondly the same sex marriage debate that is raging in Australia (so far behind the rest of the world!!!) is making the Prime Minister look weak. Deb and Mel point out why his positioning is failing.
