I was having a rough few weeks and I just couldn't find my footing. I fully believe vulnerability is a strength but when I am struggling I try to shield myself without even knowing and this was really just me talking about going into nature to connect to something... anything. It feels delicate to say it out loud. I feel exposed but I hope that you find insight when you are having a rough go.
I seriously cannot express enough how much simply going for a scenic drive can help to settle your mind. They truly are my comfort blanket when anxious or needing to find grounding.
