Oneness in Creation - Part 1
    “The Journey Begins”
    With Rabbi Ari Sollish
Recorded live at The Torah Center ATL on Sunday, June 16, 2024

Nearly 100 years ago, a Kabbalistic text was penned that revealed the mystical meaning of the most famous Jewish prayer: the Shema.

The Shema is featured in our mezuzot and tefillin scrolls. It's the first prayer we learn to recite as children, and the last we utter before we pass on. It's the subject of the very first passage of the very first chapter of Mishnayot, and punctuates the soaring finale of the Yom Kippur service.

But what does the Shema mean? What are we really declaring before G-d and before ourselves?

In this new Kabbalah Café series we open a century-old Kabbalistic text and embark on an exhilarating journey to reveal the mystical truth of the Shema!

They Really Hate G-d, Not Us

Antisemitism is the world’s oldest and strangest form of hate. No matter the reason or circumstance, people just can’t stop hating the Jews. It turns out that it’s really G-d they hate. And if that’s the case, we’d do well to trust in G-d and rely on Him to defend Himself.

Food is such an integral part of Jewish life. Every simcha celebration, every lifecycle event, every Jewish holiday, every Shabbat, is punctuated with a lavish feast.

But while the menu for holiday and Shabbat meals typically consists of meat or chicken, on Shavuot we traditionally eat a dairy meal—followed, by some, by a second meat meal.

Why the change? Why the dairy?

In our special Shavuot edition of Kabbalah Café we delve deep inside the spiritual and psychological reasons for this custom, based on the Kabbalistic symbolism of meat and milk. We explore the spiritual energies that drive these foods, and discover the mystical meaning behind the prohibition of mixing meat and milk. Plus, we learn why angels and humans enjoy very different menus.

    Spiritual Surrender - Part 26
    “The Four Worlds”
    With Rabbi Ari Sollish
Recorded live at The Torah Center ATL on Sunday, June 2, 2024

The mystics teach us the secrets of creation. One of those secrets is the fact that we are not alone; there are other worlds, many other worlds, beyond ours.

Although the worlds are vast and numerous, Kabbalah reveals the details about four primary worlds. These form the stepping stones of creation and compose the architecture of existence.

In this session of Kabbalah Café we break down these four dimensions of reality and illustrate what each is made of. In doing so, we discover that the four worlds are not just cosmic, but microcosmic -- residing inside each one of us. Understanding this changes the way we see everything.
