It was August of 1997 when 21 year old Ricky Cowles was found murdered in his apartment by his girlfriend, Amy Preasmyer and her friend Sara. Nothing about this scene. When 18 year old Michelle O'Keefe was found murdered in her brand new blue Mustang, police were quick to hone in on their suspect: Raymond Jennings, a security guard working at the park and ride where her car was parked.
