A Conversation About Boundaries and Self-Disclosure WHAT SHE SAID! A Black Girl Story of Resilience, Power, Grace, and Love.

    • Personal Journals

Do you feel stuck or confused during certain conversations, and unsure if you should speak or be silent?

In our current society, we live amongst people who may overshare and persuade you to contribute to conversations that are draining and triggering. In this episode, Aaliyah joins us to talk about the importance of boundaries. She switched it up and asked the host some interesting topics as well. She also shares with us details of her upbringing in the church. Aaliyah comes with nuggets of wisdom as a 27-year-old sharing her journey with our rising youth.

Continue to honor your resilience, protect your heart and mind, and secure your future with us. What She Said is run by Girl Stance Inc, a 501c3 non-profit organization that inspires, empowers, and guides girls to strengthen internal resources to navigate dysfunctional patterns at the level of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
