The historic building is thirteen stories tall, built in a beyond creepy gothic-revivalist style, and sits right across the street from the historic Alamo. The hotel was once a state-of-the-art medical facility with its own morgue which to this day is the driving force behind the majority of it's hauntings. Today we break down what happened on September 11th, 2017, when cops in Russia were alerted of a lost phone, which contained a disturbing selfie of a man-eating a human hand. The police traced the phone back to Dmitry and Natalia Baksheev, a couple from Southern Russia. What authorities would be find in their apartment in addition to uncovering what they had been doing for 17+ years is something that is truly unthinkable.
