Over the years, I’ve come to accept that I’m a natural procrastinator. No matter how much I want to avoid it, its just my nature. Whenever there’s something that needs to be done – whether its big or small, important or irrelevant – my instinct is to “start later” or “put it off until tomorrow”.

I’ve come to accept that – no matter how much I want to avoid it – there will always be times when I’ll find myself frantically slaving away on a task that should have been finished yesterday, last week, or even months ago. Of course, there are definitely times when I need to get some real work done and overcome procrastinate.  When I do, I like to check out procrastination quotes from amazing people who took action and accomplished incredible things in their lives.

Of course, reading quotes instead of actually getting started  on an important task is a form of procrastination itself, but after a few quotes I usually find myself pumped enough to get working.

I believe now is the perfect time to talk about this and share it with you. I feel so much more comfortable and confident right now with the concept of healing and all it means for me at this point in my life. So in todays episode I'm going to share some of my healing story, I hope some of this story can offer you hope or new ideas for your healing. I hope that by sharing my story of real healing, someone else can find their own  incredible healing.

Today  we're talking about making small positive changes, abundance ,and accepting change. The peaks and valleys I've experienced during the current situation and also how I'm working to accept all the change  my perspective.
