Hello and welcome to Take Your Time, a Persona podcast in which hosts Jonathon Dornbush and Tom Marks are playing through Persona 3 Reload week by week along with the in-game calendar. On episode 9 of the Persona 3 Reload playthrough this season, the hosts cover the events of June 9-15, which offers the members of S.E.E.S. a chance to debrief following last week's full moon operation.

As last week ended in a climactic showdown that brought with it new revelations for the team, a new party member, and some important bonding moments, this week offers some insight into how the protagonist and team are grappling with what occurred. Tom and Jonathon dig into the fallout of that full moon, including Fuuka's decision on whether to join the team, as well as Yukari's feelings about the situation and what the team has now learned.

The week also gives us the introduction of some new gameplay elements with the reveal of Theurgy attacks, and of course the cool new outfits that come along with that moment. But in addition to life in Tartarus, the week also gives Jonathon and Tom a chance to further dig into some new and existing social links, develop their skills, and more. The duo dissect how their paths are both similar and divergent, in addition to offering their thoughts on some of the character relationships so far.

Yes, summer is in full swing (despite it not officially starting for a couple of more weeks), so the students of Geoukkan High get a chance to show off the latest season's fashion. Take Your Time's sixth episode focuses in on the midterm exams that the P3R main character and their fellow S.E.E.S. members must partake in. The exams themselves offer a unique respite and shakeup to the Persona 3 Reload formula, so Tom and Jonathon talk about how they feel about the exams' inclusion, a little bit about the questions themselves, and of course how they fared in taking them.

After P3R's midterms are over, though, the duo dives into a few days of free time, which allow us to pick up with our regularly scheduled social link opportunities. But that's not all these few extra days offer, as Jonathon and Tom also discuss the introduction of gardening to P3R's calendar, as well as exam results day, and a couple teases of story here and there. But with such a relatively quick in-game set of days, the duo answers plenty of YOUR questions, with topics ranging from notetaking to NG+ to food and so much more.
