His recent venture, MoPhones, aims to make high-quality mobile phones accessible.

A conversation with Jessica Gallegos, a product manager at Google. Jessica works on Google Research’s Generative AI or Perception team, a future-oriented team that develops technologies to help machines perceive images, sounds, and other sensory data to understand the world. Jessica joined Google in 2015 and has worked on a variety of topics related to responsible technology, including solutions to mitigate issues like online misinformation, user safety and mental health concerns, and bias in AI. Prior to pursuing her MBA at Yale, Jessica worked at the World Bank and a variety of other places that allowed her to make a positive social impact.

A conversation with Tom Ascheim, a longtime media executive. Tom recently co-founded the consulting firm Pith & Pixie Dust with fellow executive Tricia Melton. Prior to launching the firm in 2023, he served as president of global kids, young adults, and classics at Warner Brothers, where he led the global strategy for prominent brands like Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Turner Classic Movies, and Boomerang, in addition to three animation studios and the Harry Potter franchise. Before Warner Brothers, Tom was president of the cable network ABC Family, now Freeform, which he led through its major transformation and rebranding in 2016.

A conversation with Lynn Eisenhart, deputy director of the Gates Foundation’s $2.5 billion Strategic Investment Fund. Over the past decade at the Gates Foundation, Lynn has also served as a financial services program officer and advisor to Melinda Gates. During his tenure, Princo’s endowment market value has grown from under $4 billion to nearly $40 billion. He previously worked as a senior associate in the Investments Office at Yale University.
