In this episode, we invited our coworkers, Shaz and Avia (aka "V") to talk about social media breaks on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, etc. We shared our reasons for taking social media breaks: to avoid certain people, to stay away from distractions, and to make better use of spare time. In this episode, our coworker Shaz Widhani talked with us about friendship, staying authentic, and the constant change of friend circles. We also dig into self confidence at different stages of our lives, how we made ourselves a better friend and a person. Self confidence often comes with self satisfaction, and we shared experiences on taking compliments, staying humble, and self improvement. We did not say this in the episode, but the moral of the story is "Proud, but Never Satisfied."
