For a leader , care giver it's so important you take care of yourself , do we really have a formula to take care of yourself? I don't know , mine is to let it flow and feel the energy around me.

We all have a story that shapes us and forces us to make choices that allows us to go through the consequences. A story that shaped is a rape story , I live my life advocating rape because I know what it feels to be a victim and to be a survivor , to overcome and to rise with love

We all battle silent traumas that we don't want people to know through them, sometimes there reoccur , maybe they go away completely but going through trauma is not a journey in the park.
