Taboo's on Mental Health
While it is imperative to talk about people's mental health, especially during its rise during the pandemic, it seems rather sad to know that some people would never understand which timelines we are dealing with in terms of caring for our mental health. Others, would make fun of you, sometimes telling you to grow up as it has been two year already since the start of the pandemic. So , dapat kasi two years na MOVE ON na lahat? Kung gusto niyo mag-move on oh eh di GO ON, but nobody tells me when I should. Remember, it is YOU, not anyone.
So heres a little something, that I feel like sharing and YES! This is my way of sharing my stories and dealing with my own mental health. -
UNDERSTANDING THE SELF
Self- is the most difficult to define. Everyday is a discovery of oneself. The people we meet, the situations we react to, the information given to us, tweets, posts, gems and all throughout platforms and history all coming together seems to be overwhelmingly an ingredient for our desire to define oneself- and yet realising its never enough.
So heres, to another discussion of the discovery of oneself now basing it to a personal experience of a sharer. :) -
