I discuss thought showers as a daily self-care strategy to connect with yourself, find inspiration, sit with and release emotions. I talk about how to deeply connect with yourself using the sea, the river and the rain plus much more. I discuss cold water swimming and cold plunging, but please note these are only my personal experiences and I am not a medical professional.
