    Our bodies, our minds, and our emotions, are deeply connected. This is why I’m so excited about discussing the keto lifestyle. Because simple changes in what I put in my body, not only helps me reach the goal that I have for my body, but it helps me make progress in reaching all of my other goals. You can also start with the mind, and a shift in mindset would help make better decisions about my physical health as well. The point is that it’s all connected. But focusing on the body is the easiest place to start because its most easily trackable.
