    This episode  highlights the need to bring men to an equal standing with women when it comes to sexual harassment.    The truth of the matter is that social and cultural expectations on masculinity and male dominance tend to put male sex abuse victims in a predicament.

    This brings us to the story of Dick, a seafarer who was victimized by a sexual predator while onboard.  Diagnosed to suffer PTSD,  he is asking if mental disorder brought about sexual harassment onboard a ship can be considered a permanent disability and can make the shipping company liable for moral damages.

    Wilson is a 26-year old professional Real Estate Broker who was promised the deal of his career.   However, he later found out that the land owner dealt the property with another agent for a lower price.  Finding that there was under declaration of taxes, Wilson plotted to expose the deal to get back at the land owner and the other agent.  He resorted to online legal research and found what he believed will support his move.   He, however, made a mistake that turned the tables against him.
