Your words are extremely beneficial to young black women

Hi, I’m born and raised in the Virgin Islands (British) and there’s not a lot of support for mental health here as yet but thank goodness for your podcast. It really calms me down when I listen to your show during my work day. I always appreciate listening to black women talk about health and mental health is very important to me right now entering my 20s. Everything seems hard but your words reminds me to give myself grace and to make time for my mental health.
Thank you for making this show. It helps island women like myself❤️
