    Hello freedom fighters, 

    I am here to give you all a warm embrace again. Virtual hugs are better than none. It is the intention and energy behind it that counts.

    Get ready to receive……

    How are you doing?

    It is getting more and more difficult to answer this question with “Great” or even “OK”.

    Hanging in there, or hanging on by a thread is what I hear more and more of. I also hear deeply concerning expressions of despair.

    The walls are closing in on us. We are all exhausted. Never has the statement “Life isn’t fair” been more true than today.

    And….It’s more unfair to some than others.

    Off course we feel angry, anxious, and desperate. It is a natural reaction.

    Nobody should be put in the impossible position to choose between their livelihood or taking a harmful injection.

    Those who put human beings in that position lack humanity, they are cruel, and they are either really ignorant (and victims of deceit) or in the know and very evil.

    They should all be held accountable and we should never condone such behaviour. Ever. Period. 

     

    So….now what???

    What do we do about it?

    What can we do?

     

    Well, a lot is being done by a lot of people in all areas of life, within many groups. All fighting for justice and freedom.

    Information is being shared, and more and more, the truth is coming to light. Law suits are filed, NOL delivered, protests are ongoing, non-compliance is applied when possible to oppose the mandates.

    The seeds of truth, justice, and freedom have been planted, and they continue to being planted. These seeds are sprouting and growing. They need to be nourished by all of us. Which means we cannot give in or give up.

    How can we maintain our stance and stay grounded? How can we strengthen ourselves and build resilience?

    How can we keep the faith, and trust one another? How can we increase and strengthen human connection?

     

    There is no ONE answer. It will be different for each individual.

    I can, however, remind all of you of the basic, simple things we can all do that benefit all human beings.

    Things that have to do with our physical, mental and emotional state. A warrior without physical and mental strength is easy to defeat.

     

    I am going to provide a guide on how to increase and maintain physical and emotional fitness.

    Because that is what I can do best. That is my personal strength.

    My entire career has been in the health care field, mostly as a Registered Physiotherapist. I don’t practice any more, and I am no longer registered, which makes me a free expert in this field, not bound by any regulatory authority. The last 5-6 years, I have transitioned my career in to the coaching field.

    Now, I just want to support all of you who are making a difference, who believe in and stand for freedom.

    We are helping preserve humanity by applying our own individual strengths.

    What YOU can do when you are physically and emotionally FIT, is apply YOUR personal strength to support yourself and other humans battling in this fight for humanity.

     

    Today, I started with sending all of you my warmest embrace. Take a deep breath and receive it openly. Let it warm your heart, calm your nerves and inspire your mind to do good today.

    What can you do for yourself today that will increase your physical (and emotional) fitness?

    Here are some ideas:

    Remind yourself to breathe.

    Chances are, you are not breathing properly.

    Take 10 deliberate breaths, make sure you exhale the stale air before inhaling the fresh oxygen rich air. Allow the air to go all the way down into the bottom of both your lungs. Pause for 2 seconds, and fully exhale again. Pay attention to this breathing for 1 minute. Count your breaths and keep your attention on your breathe. Don’t let your mind wander.

     

    Stay hydrated:

    Chances are you are not drinking enough water.
