In this episode we will talk about a few games that showed promise or would have been epic, but sadly were either cancelled or never made it past the storyboard phase. Then we will talk about some of my favorite gaming moments of 2016, and what I am looking forward to most in 2017! As usual, I will include some rants for venting purposes.

In episode #02 of Digital Zenith we talk about one of the most iconic game development studios ever! We will discuss their rise to prominence, the genius behind their industry-changing game engines, and their struggles following the release of Quake 3 Arena. (What are megatextures anyway?) In addition, we will talk about their new management structure, their recent success with Doom and what games we can look forward to in the near future.

After we talk about all things ID related, I will subject you to a brief rant regarding Rockstar games, and close the show with some thoughts on Gears of War 4, Battlefield 1, and some great resources for hardware both new and used!
