    Agape love is unconditional, selfless, and sacrificial. It is a love that focuses on the needs of others and puts aside our own needs and desires. This means that we have to be willing to surrender to God's will. The strength we receive from abiding in Christ enables us to love beyond our own limited capacity and to love as God does.
