4 Pillars of Life: Ep 7

4 Pillars of Life: Ep 7

This episode Rob and Angel discuss the importance of what they call "4 Pillars of Life " (Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical).

They discuss how each pillar is connected and if you can identify where your strengths and weaknesses are among these, that is the first step to optimization in your life. Small steps are critical. Do not go from 0-100 in one day. Life is about progression, no matter how slow you are moving, keep moving forward.

They even talk about Kayne West and the recent film Joker.

The order of each pillar in this episode is as follows:

    1. Spiritual

    2. Mental

    3. Emotional

    4. Physical

    Enjoy and God Bless!
