Tact was founded in 2020 and is a team of professionals seeking to provide counselling and other psychological services to athletes, clubs and teams.
At Tact we seek to overcome the stigma which is usually present in sporting contexts by providing a safe space where athletes can grow and address their psychological concerns.

Shaun Brandsha Galea is a professional eSports athlete with an impressive track record. Although his primary focus is on Fifa, Brandsha admits that he is competitive in every game he sets his eye on. Apart from his mad skills on the pitch, Brandsha also streams on different platforms, creates content and shares many useful tips with his community. We were particularly impressed with his level of professionalism and his work ethic. Brandsha gives us a peek into the world of esports. He maintains that the #esports sector is a huge and growing industry. Whilst the future seems to be birght for aspiring esports athletes, Brandsha makes it a point to emphasize the hard work which goes behind the scenes.

Ryan Mex gives us his take on why running comes natural to us. Ryan is a trail runner and OCR athlete who believes that although our urge for exploration and our love for the outdoors is an inherent part of our early development, as we grow older they tend to become things which we forsake. Regardless, Ryan simply wants to tell us that running is beautiful and that people need understand once again "How good a run feels!"
