    In this forum, we're going to openly discuss the approach to tackling Mind Health issues, Awareness and related issues of stigma, especially in Africa. Majority of Kenyans associate mental health and mental illness with negative narratives leading to low focus on the importance and benefits of mental health and wellbeing, the report says.

    It's an open forum where you share your stories and listen to the stories of others, thereby getting help and providing help.
