    Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation, typically perform in Shavasana, that gently guides the mind through various brainwaves. By practicing Yoga Nidra, you can provide your physical body with deep rest. Once your physical body is in this state of deep rest, your mental body can finally focus on creating new neural pathways.

    ‘Grow Your Garden’ encourages self-growth physically, mentally, & spiritually. Through this practice of Yoga Nidra, your subconscious mind will learn to release resistance to change and instead, will learn to invite expansion. During the Yoga Nidra practice, you will be provided with prompts that will help you identify the type of self-growth that you need. Due to the nature of Yoga Nidra, you may not remember these prompts which is why you can refer to them below:

    ✨ What physical aspects of your self do you want to grow? What doubts about your physical self do you need to release? What actions do you need to take to blossom?
    ✨ What parts of your mind do you want to expand? What do you need to mentally unlearn in order to really expand? What new territories do you want to mentally explore?
