Getting to the Other Side While Trusting in Uncertainty. Rachel discusses how to navigate through a season of life transition.

We have all been there; in a moment, a major catalyst for transformation happens.  Some of us welcome change, and some of us have resistance.  Going into now a year and a half in a pandemic, amongst the many other major changes that may come our way, we ask ourselves how we want to live our life.  How do we get to where we want to be?  What is most important, and how do we trust that we will get there?  Rachel Salzberg, Owner & CEO of Facets Coaching, and Founder of the podcast series and movement, The Resoul Revolution, takes listeners through how she navigates through change.  Rachel was my coach through a major life transition of my own; and I am so happy to have her as a guest to share her best practices with others that have made a lasting and valuable impression with me.

Showing up with Perspective and Letting Go of Fear. Alison shares her story of battling illness, and finding direction through her passion of helping others.

Showing up with Perspective and Letting Go of Fear. Alison shares her story of battling illness, and finding direction through her passion of helping others.

In the first show of Season 2, I talk with Alison Mclean, owner of Ignite Ur Wellness.  Alison is a yoga teacher, as well as a business and stress reduction coach.  She details her journey of battling Lynch syndrome, cancer, and the path that brought her to working with entrepreneurs to help them in growing their business, while not sacrificing their own health.
Alison's story is fascinating and inspiring; she is a mom, a business owner, and her genuine care for others shines through.  She talks about the importance of putting yourself first, how to be mindful of stress, shame, and what to do with it, the importance of outside perspective, and how she too has become more resilient not only through her own experience, but also by working with her clients.

In My Own Words with Host, Andrea. I talk about infertility and a difficult pregnancy, which ultimately led to starting this podcast in hopes to help others.

Going through infertility treatments (infertility drugs and IUI), as well as dealing with a difficult and painful pregnancy and was placed on bed rest were a few of the reasons I started this podcast.  I had wished that I had someone else with similar conditions I did to talk with, and I had promised myself that I would put the story out there one day in hopes to help someone else.

Finding Solace in the Midst of Heartache. Roz and Trey describe the emotions of unexplained infertilty and how staying strong in their faith has carried them through.

Roz and Trey openly discuss how they have faced the pain of unexplained infertility both individually and together as a couple; and how they rely on their faith to get through what is a deeply emotional situation that has brought them to providing a loving home for foster children.   Their hope is that others who are facing infertilty will hear their message and realize they are not alone.
