I am so excited and feel so privileged to be able to have my own podcast! It really is a dream come true, something I never thought would happen.

Say yes to anything that will take you outside; let the sun touch your skin, take you shoes off and feel the grass, or sand through you toes. Re-ground yourself and reconnect with the source; God/Yahweh/Allah/ El/ Emmanuel/the Supreme Being/Jesus Christ/the Holy Spirit/the Universe, The Maker (Whomever you call GOD) has a way of surprising us.
