Meet Doug!

Born and raised just north of the city, Doug is a talented director and filmmaker. He and his partner, Konstantina Mantelos, create their passion projects under the banner Spinning Top Pictures. Together they have produced short films that have screened at the Foyle Film Festival, the Los Angeles Film Festival, the Pendance Film Festival, and many more.
