Black health and wellness, and racism effects on Black health is a much discussed topic. Quantitative evidence is difficult, when discussing the effects of racism on Black health. 30 days Black will use qualitative evidence as a measurement of racism effects on Black health. 30 days Black will become the platform for addressing Black mental health and wellness through community discourse.
