Good Morning Hellfish team. I already have received the feedback of our stakeholder.
I don't have good news. With all respect, we are making the same mistakes every week.
What is going on with us? Don't get me wrong, I know we are trying to do the best that we can,
but Why are we learning about our mistakes? We must not make a mistake twice. Let me put it this way,
If in the next delivery to the costumer we inject a critical error to the application, the project is over.

Hi, Cristian, as you know, the kanban board exposed by the web platform is used to have a global view of the current state of the tasks assigned to the team. If someone doesn't update the state in its tasks on the platform, our manager is not able to review which features are being developing by the team and our reports are going to be outdated also. For instance, our manager thought that the team had decreased its velocity during the week and he was worried about it!. Then we realized that the board was unsynced and that happened because you didn't update the status of your last tasks. Let's try to review the status of one task on the platform before to start a new one.
