Welcome to another episode! 



This week we are getting to cover the topic: mystical! The drink this time around was red wine, and while at the store Skylar was tempted by a holiday themed bottle. So that's what we are drinking to celebrate the first episode in December!

Brittany didn't have a topic this week, her brain wouldn't let her focus, she's terribly sorry. So we just chit-chat for a bit in the beginning. If you'd like to move right along to Skylar's segment, you'll want to skip the first 20/25ish minutes.



Skylar talks about one of her favorite practicing tools: crystals! She goes over 10 of the best crystals for beginners and their properties/uses.
