The Fast Lane with Sara Jayne podcast is for all women managing the hectic pace of life and our mission is to share stories, ideas, and life lessons that can help add a little humor, motivation, and support to your busy schedule. We will discuss lifestyle, health, ways to improve organization, and efficiencies while encouraging you to get uncomfortable and challenge yourself to learn and grow. Sara Jayne Klein is a chiropractor passionate about health, wellness, and being an empathetic motivator for busy moms. While striving to be a better parent, spouse, friend, boss, co-worker, and overall human, it is critical to appreciate all that you do and take credit for the many contributions you make. I wanted to start this journey, to share insight but more importantly create a community, where all women feel welcome and comfortable sharing and hearing stories about others who are striving to manage all of life’s responsibilities.

She has worked in the mental health field for 15 years, starting as an RN and then graduating with my doctorate of nursing practice in 2016. Ashley sees children starting at age 6 all the way through adulthood for various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD and care is centered on medication management along with lifestyle strategies tailored to each person. Ashley understands that mental health is unique to each individual and she tailors a treatment plan to each person. Ashley helps people daily do better, be better and live better and is someone you should know.

That changed when I sat down Kimberly to talk about her experience. I met Kimberly through pure haven but got to know much more about her during this podcast. Kimberly is a NICU mom and twin mama. She is on the PFAC (patient family advisory council), at Tampa General Hospital where all of her kids were born. It’s a nationally recognized board which she is the chair of the NICU and women’s and children’s. Kimberly is someone who you should know.....someone who encompasses my motto.....do better, be better, live better.
