    The Big Bang, or Let there be light?

    It's a war that has been going on for thousands of years, and likely for more to come. Though religion has become more accepting of the fact that science isn't explicitly trying to disprove the existence of God, the fight is still there.

    It's interesting in our current days where we have so much 'faith' in our scientists pursuit of answers and truth, where once upon a time we used to put this faith in that which we couldn't see. 

    But why do we war, what do we believe, how does the timeline work when there is evidence to show that it doesn't?

    This episode brings us to the conclusion of how I got around to dealing with my weight and how I managed to go through the process of losing it.

    In case you have missed the previous episodes of this journey, you can check them out in order in the following episodes: season 1 episodes 1 and 5, and in season 2 episodes 2 and 8.

    I also briefly touch on two very important styles of healthiness metrics in this episode. They are Body Mass Index (BMI), and Bio-Welness Index (BWI). 


    BMI is a standard metric that hasn't changed (despite the fact that us humans absolutely have, since it was first devised and discriminates against muscle mass. 
    BWI however is a score calculated based upon the integrity of lean body mass versus total fat mass.

    It's odd to think that the only way we can see the past is by going into our future, but that is exactly how it's done. It's no better proven than by what we are seeing in the resulting imagery being captured by the amazing James Webb Space Telescope, as we look upon places that are 10's or 100's of millions of light years away.
