    Newlyweds, a money transfer, and two trials.

    In the Spring of 2000 22-year-old Sparkle Rai was a newlywed with a 7 month old baby girl.

    On April 26th, her husband, Ricky came home from work to a nightmare. Sparkle had been brutally murdered in their apartment in Union City, Georgia.

    For years Sparkle’s case remained unsolved. That was until 2004 when a witness came forward. What she revealed unraveled a mystery and led to the arrests of five people.

    In August of 2000 41-year-old Susan Carter was in the midst of a bitter custody battle with her ex-husband.

    The pair were ordered to attend mediation regarding custody of their 10-year-old daughter, Natasha Alexander “Alex” Carter.  After a heated exchange at one of the meetings, Alex and Susan vanished.

    A missing person’s report was filed for 10-year-old Alex and a felony warrant for her mother, Susan.  Decades after the two vanished investigators discovered that things aren’t always as they seem.

    In April of 2023, 59-year-old, Randall Cooke stopped at a home on Moog Road in Holiday, Florida.

    Randall was working as a food delivery driver. At around 7:00 p.m. he told his wife that this stop would be his last for the night.

    Randall never made it home from work. Days later, 30-year-old, Oscar Solid was arrested and eventually charged with murder.

    Days after the murder of Lola Davis, 90-year-old Lawrence “Larry” Snider and 86-year-old Marguerite “Scoopy” Snider vanished from a grocery store parking lot in Oklahoma City.

    On October 2nd 1996 John Esposito and Alicia Woodward were found in possession of the Snider’s 1986 Chevrolet Caprice. 

    Esposito and Woodward immediately confessed to three murders…their confession shocked investigators.
