A mother of 2 boys, labor & delivery nurse, sleep deprived zombie mom #nightshiftlife, who’s trying to survive motherhood & learning about life along the way. I am a Epilepsy & Childhood Cancer Mother & Advocate. A mother who looks tough, drops the “F bomb” more that one should, but is also super emotional about everything. Makes no sense, I know! I am 0-100 real quick, I am an over thinker, overstressed, anxiety filled worrier. I live my life through PMA (positive mental attitude) but a firm believer ALL feelings including the bad ones need to be felt. It is what truly heals us. I am slowly learning to love my body again and that I am worthy of self love. Who am I? Who is Amber Garnica?! I am a work in progress, ALWAYS….and for sure a damn good time! 🤪 here to make you laugh and smile.
