Menstrual Cycles & Hormones with Bloody Womxm

Menstrual Cycles & Hormones with Bloody Womxm

I got to know Bloody Womxm's work and e-book "Happy Hormones" through my roomate who was the one introducing me to SensiPlan! Since then I've been interested in learning more about menstrual cycles, its phases, and how we can track it moving away from the combined contraceptive pill.

Karlien and Luna's mission as Bloody Womxm is to educate and help women reclaim their cycles, by creating programmes that share SensiPlan- a fertility awareness method as one of their core elements.

I had the pleasure to talk to them and have some of my questions answered on this topic! From what happens to your body when you are on a birth control pill to hormones and why it would be beneficial to track your cycle!

Join us in this talk because who knows? Maybe some of my questions are yours as well! Check their website for further informations on their work and offerings! https://www.bloodywomxn.com/offer
