Aaron and Thano use each other to reflect and comment on habits, mannerisms and actions initiated during difficult times resulting in a debate on the positive and negative aspects of life. On the day before Valentine's Day, Aaron and Thano return with a fragmented talk about exercising, botched Russian history and a brief encounter with the languages of love.

On this episode our chat evolved from looking back on the previous few months to conversing on whether or not humans should be obligated to be their 'best self'. We took a long road on defining what that is and our varying opinions on how we view humanity.
