    This week's guest is Jérôme Boulenger. He is passionate about sports and has practiced many disciplines during his childhood, Jérôme discovered yoga in Shanghai in 2016.

    He immediately fell in love with this practice that is linking the body and the mind.

    Wishing to share his learning of yoga, Jérôme trained as a vinyasa yoga teacher, a dynamic yoga that he teaches today by mixing traditional asanas, movement and muscle strengthening.

    Jérôme is also an instructor of the Wim Hof method based on three pillars, breathing, exposure to cold & ice water, and meditation, a method that boosts the hormonal, energy, and immune systems.

    Jerome has been a raw vegan since 2018, and seeing the extraordinary benefits of this diet, he decided to become a naturopath in 2020, and today he uses all his tools to help people take charge and find resplendent health.

    In this episode, we spoke about the importance of yoga, the impact of breathing exercises and the secrets behind a raw vegan diet.

    My guest today is Poonam Malpani. She is a dance crazy color freak, a people hugger, an ear-to-ear smiler and a spirited lover. Ever since she remembers being, she remembers being an artist. she relies very heavily on her intuition in life and especially in her art. she loves and practices many forms of art like, painting, body painting, designing clothes, mixed media and dance, as art comes to her almost effortlessly. It's the joy of creating something that does not already exist in the world that excites her the most. she believes each piece of art carries lifelike energies of its creator and to her, that is pure magic.

    Art helps her understand who she truly is while she gets lost in creation! It has given her a purpose. The purpose of sharing this gift as authentically as she can with herself and others around her, because ART HEALS! 
    she is extremely passionate about all people and things she loves and she tries her best to nurture it as the power of love gives her prana, the energy of life! :)

    Chiara Condi on women empowerment, leadership and social impact

    This week's guest is Chiara Condi. She is an activist, speaker and expert raising awareness about gender equality and diversity.

    Chiara is the founder of Led By HER, a nonprofit that works on women's entrepreneurship, innovation and women’s rights. In partnership with business schools and corporations, the organization delivers an entrepreneurship program to help women who have suffered from violence rebuild their lives through entrepreneurship. With a community of over 250 volunteers, the organization offers courses, individual mentoring, and hackathon events co-organized with the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Led By HER recently launched FoundHERLab, a digital platform coded by Capgemini, to mobilize companies worldwide around women’s entrepreneurship by offering pro-bono skills-based volunteering to women entrepreneurs locally.

    Chiara has launched a podcast, The Other Half which interviews male leaders and CEOs around the world on the subject of gender equality in their personal and professional lives.

    Prior to founding Led By HER Chiara worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to maximize the gender impact of the Bank’s investments. She graduated from Harvard and has a master's from Sciences Po/LSE.

    Marielle Khayat on finding home, following your instinct and embracing the unknown

    Marielle grew up in Beirut, studied in China and in the US, and is now living in France. She goes wherever her curiosity takes her and enjoys not knowing where her next adventure will lead her.

    She has been an entrepreneur, author, consultant and marketer. Her career isn't linear, but one thing is for sure: humans are always at the center of everything she does. She is in love with people their cultures, their identities and their stories.

    She also believes that her country is an endless source of inspiration, her roots are in Lebanon and it shows in many of her projects:

    - A few years ago, she founded a startup called "Koullouna": an e-commerce subscription box that bridged the gap between her home country and the rest of the world, supporting the Lebanese producers, designers and entrepreneurs.
    - She also co-wrote a book ("Losing touch") about the disappearing and artisan trades of Beirut, telling the stories of 50 trade workers and showcasing their talent, dignity and humility.

    In today's episode, we spoke about the concept of finding home and how we define it. How to follow your instinct and about the art of not knowing where to go.

    This week’s guest is Guillaume Capelle, he is a social entrepreneur and is considered as one of the "26 most talented young French people" (GQ) and a "discreet heir of the Abbé Pierre" (La Croix). He founded, Singa, a global network of incubators and communities to hack migration. To date, Guillaume has empowered 287 companies and mobilized 65 000 citizens to change the game of inclusion in 10 countries.

    Guillaume believes that our identity is nothing but dynamic and that innovation comes from changé. That’s why he is been dedicating all his time and efforts to bring together a community of bright entrepreneurs and more importantly to change the narrative about the newcomers.

    My guest today is Emma Stocking she was born and raised in France, between Paris and a beautiful forest. She first studied literature and then got her Masters in Management from ESSEC Business School, where she completed the social entrepreneurship major. Emma then worked for about 10 years in the development of social and environmental projects, between the US, Asia and Europe. In recent years, she"s been focusing on storytelling for a better future, working closely with change-makers and artists, and writing her own novel! She recently joined The Shift Project, a think tank advocating the transition to a post-carbon economy.

    Emma is a beautiful human being and I had the immense please to discuss with her many topics. We spoke about grief, circular economy, changing the narratives, imagination and of course how to make our planet better for future generations.
