I am sharing with you a poem I wrote inspired by this holiday season when for the most part, the overjoy of the world dismisses the pain that others are enduring during these times. Here to say, You are Alive and there must be a reason for you to go on. I hope to encourage someone to look at their lives and instead of giving up, find a reason to keep going.

Cultural shock, understanding boundaries, appreciating everything are all part of the chapter of my new life as one who found home in the USA. It is one thing to simply criticize but a complete different thing to take the time to reflect on past experiences and appreciate the lesson learnt all along. Building wealth is necessary. But what for if we do not have a purpose for it?

We are living in a world where the pursuit of wealth is now made possible through means that were not available few decades ago. Failure to have a purpose beyond becoming rich/wealthy will only result in a short lived experience.
