Enlightened Solutions surveyed and interviewed 450+ Black Women asking the question: "What is it like to live in a city that experts agree is the worst place for Black Women?"

Project Noir: How Cleveland Has Failed Black Women
Cleveland is failing Black Women.
Cleveland has the unfortunate dual-distinction of being both: the Worst City in America for Black Women and the poorest big city in America. "Project Noir by Enlightened Solutions" is the culmination of interviews, data analysis and research into the lived healthcare, workplace and education experiences of Black Women in Northeast Ohio.
The podcast is split into three seasons - workplaces, healthcare and education. You can listen to all of them at once, or listen to a particular section at a time.
