    Bang Co

    Bang Co

Bang talks about why he decided to leave his dream of being a Doctor behind during college and how he ended up working in Nonprofits. There are dark sides to almost every career field, especially as young adults taking leadership positions. He talks about how he sees it as a "double-edged sword", but why it's important to stand your ground and show why you belong.

Being a DC resident, Bang spent some time on the streets during the protests and talks about his experiences seeing everything firsthand. We talk about what seemed like a "minority war" on social media and the detrimental affect it has on true progress.

    Kedrick Armstrong

    Kedrick Armstrong

Kedrick Armstrong talks me through his journey of finding himself through music and cooking. He drops multiple gems about knowing your worth and standing up for yourself while simultaneously making it easier for future generations. He gives us insight on his quest to spread knowledge about the music of underrepresented composers, but more specifically the Black Woman. I hope this inspires you to go after your dreams and to never give up after the first "no".

    Randy Fultz

    Randy Fultz

I sit down with Randy Fultz as we talk about his transition from an all-black wearing teenager to a Bassoonist with the US Army Field Band. In our usual fashion, we also talk about men and why trying to date them is...a tragedy most times.

    Mac Hughes

    Mac Hughes

My dear friend Mac breaks down some political cases for people like me, who don't understand how most of that stuff works. There is also a lot of tomfoolery happening because education without fun is pointless.

Social media isn't inherently bad, but y'all are just a**holes. Society has been lying to us all these years about how trends come into fruition.
