It is really easy for me to say, "I can change your life", the truth is I can. But what's even more true is that you can and you have all the tools within you already, you just have to believe it and figure out how to unlock it.

Eat the Frog!
There's a real danger that it looks like I've got everything sewn up with everything in order, and it "must be easy for me" because "I'm a motivated person".
But I wanted to talk about swallowing the frog today. I don't know if you've heard of that saying but it means if you've been procrastinating for a long time and something it feels like a weight on your shoulders, it's time to swallow that frog, get it done, just get it over and done with - I'm not going to be talking about health and nutrition today, because I want to talk about something that potentially you will resonate even more with and that is housework. It drives me up the wall, I am a want to be live in a show-home kind of woman, I'm sure some of you can relate.
