    Forgiveness. Why and how?

    I have always struggled with the concept of forgiveness like many of us do. Therefore the past several years I’ve spent a great deal of time reading and researching about it. I’ve written my findings and understandings and created this podcast episode to share with you.
    Forgiveness does not mean you have to carry the weight of a relationship that does not enrich your life. Your soul feels heavy when you constantly give people excuses for being whatever they are. It is important to let it all go and don't carry burdens of why relationships are the way they are. You are responsible for you and your actions towards others. So if someone is bothering you for whatever reason (your fault or theirs) giving the relationship some space can put things into perspective and give you some healing time to make things better. So yes distance is good. And isolation is better sometimes. It brings clarity. And with time true souls will remerge and gravitate back towards you. That's when u must forgive and put the past behind you. I wish u the best of luck. Anger, hurt, and disappointment are painful to feel on a daily basis. Free ur self and u will be happy again.
