With the refugees heading to safety the party decides to head toward the Blue Spire, hoping to investigate sites where warbands have been spotted along the way. But what will spot them first?

The group is left to pick up the pieces of the outpost after the orc and goblin warbands withdraw, a task that leaves more questions than answers...

Beset on all sides with the main outpost gates shattered. Orc war bands are on the brink of flooding in. To make matters worse, the orc shaman has cursed Falchion changing him into a manticore. Will the group be able to fight off the attackers while defending from within? Will darkness fall upon the outpost, or will light shine triumphant?

Often waiting is the hardest part. Preparations in the outpost have been made. Will it be enough? Will the refugees be able to repel an assault? Will the Starborn be a shining light in the night's darkness? As the sounds of attackers fill the night, and the outpost walls seem to close in, we wait to see...
