In this episode, Shaun discusses the use of fine print disclaimers to qualify a strong primary message and the pitfalls businesses can face, whether the penalty negotiated between Qantas and the ACCC was adequate, and three key allegations made by the ACCC, including selling 8,000 tickets to cancelled flights and accepting payments for non-existent services.
