The Cayman Islands first Deputy Governor, Donovan Ebanks has passed away. Mr. Ebanks spent almost four decades in the civil service prior to his retirement in 2012. He became Deputy Chief Secretary in 1994 and Chief Secretary in 2009 - a position which changed to Deputy Governor. His successor, the Honorable Franz Manderson today expressed condolences to his family.
