We see and hear so much negativity in the world especially during this pandemic... the news is so upsetting and really effects your mood for the worse. So I wanted to create a podcast dedicated to happiness, the subject matter will strictly be happiness and positivity! I will have a guest every podcast and basically ask them simple questions such as what makes them happy? Happy childhood memories? And how do you stay happy in a year like 2020? I just want to spread happiness, and creating this podcast is something that makes me happy!

It is important to write 5 things down that you are grateful for once a day, whether it is in the morning or before you go to bed. It is great reassurance and helps put you in a better mood after reflecting! It can be as big as family, or as small and simple as your morning coffee!
