After a lifetime of anxiety I had a reaction to some meds that took me over the top. This event brought everything to a head and now I am on a journey to not only recover from that but face my anxiety head on by learning as much as I can about it. As of this episode I am 4 weeks away from that reaction and managing on meds but I now worry about how I can free myself from that reliance.
